Man assaulted in commercial building near Brockhurst Corner

A man needed medical attention after being assaulted in a commercial building near Brockhurst Corner this morning (13 August).

The incident happened at around 9:00am and people quickly took to the Harrow Online Group to report a large emergency service presence outside the shops.

A police van was positioned on Clamp Hill this morning.

One person commented saying: “Dog Unit arrived and they searched woodland just off Clamp Hill/Uxbridge Road at Brockhurst Corner. All gone now. Think they had someone in back of ambulance.”

Another person said: “Just walked past there, police dogs searching the green.”

When members of Harrow Online went to the location, two police officers and sniffer dogs could be seen at flats located on Uxbridge Road. It is not known which shop/office the incident occurred in.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 8.58am today to reports of an assault at a commercial address on Uxbridge Road, Harrow.”

“We dispatched an ambulance crew, an incident response officer, a medic in a car, and an advanced paramedic.”

“We treated a man at the scene but did not take him to hospital.”
